Agreement to Terms

Welcome to HuntClub.app (“HuntClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HuntClub mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using HuntClub.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

To use HuntClub.app, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Be at least 18 years of age to make purchases or subscribe to paid tiers
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Comply with all applicable hunting laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration

Creating an Account

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Log out from shared devices
• Do not reuse passwords across services

We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.

Subscription Tiers and Payments

Subscription Plans

HuntClub offers subscription tiers from free to premium plans. Features vary by tier. Current pricing and features are available at huntclub.app/pricing.

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed annually
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Free Trial

• Trial availability and length may vary
• A valid payment method is required
• You will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled
• One free trial per person

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through account settings
• Cancellation applies at the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• Money-back guarantees may apply for first-time subscribers

Price Changes

Price changes take effect at renewal with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• Log and track hunting activities
• Connect with other hunters
• Access promotions and special offers

Prohibited Conduct

Illegal Activities

• Violating laws or regulations
• Facilitating illegal hunting or poaching
• Violating seasons, bag limits, or licensing rules

Harmful Content

• Illegal or violent content
• Animal cruelty or abuse
• Sexually explicit material
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Malware or harmful code

Fraudulent Activities

• Impersonation or fake accounts
• False or misleading content
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Phishing or scams

System Abuse

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Service disruption
• Security circumvention
• Unauthorized bots or scrapers
• Reverse engineering
• Removing proprietary notices

Commercial Misuse

• Unauthorized advertising or spam
• Collecting user data without consent
• Competing with HuntClub using Service data
• Reselling the Service

User Content Standards

• Accurate and not misleading
• Respect privacy and IP rights
• Comply with laws and Community Guidelines

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

HuntClub owns all rights to its branding, software, design, and Service content.

Your Content

You retain ownership of User Content but grant HuntClub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute it to operate the Service.

Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms, policies, or applicable law.

Copyright Complaints

DMCA notices should be sent to [email protected] and must include required legal information.

Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.

Hunting Activities

HuntClub is not a hunting guide or outfitter. Users are solely responsible for compliance with hunting laws and safety.

No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, safety, or professional hunting advice.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability Cap

Total liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HuntClub harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver
